Hi, I’m Sandra.

A 12th Generation Reiki Master who’s taken an unconventional path to trauma healing through Frequency.

I never set out on this path but it found me. After years of trying every self-help method under the sun, and an endless quest to discover my mission on the planet, I asked God for help and randomly stumbled upon a reiki workshop that changed everything. It was in this workshop that I was shown that all of my patterns, traumas and beliefs were gifted to me (what?!) and agreed upon by my divine self so that I could learn through their experience, heal them, and then help others do the same.

I come to you with a lifetime of experience and mastery in the very healing methods that have brought more peace, love, and prosperity to my life than I could have ever imagined.

The methods that have brought me back to my truest most divine holy self. A self that was there all along waiting for me to meet anew. 🤍

I’m not here to be a teacher or a guru. I’m here to stand shoulder to shoulder with you and empower you to Remember who you are, what you are, and how you serve on this planet.

As the world around us continues to shift so do the methods that we traditionally use for therapy and healing. In this shift, we are finding the wisdom and knowledge that has always been within us and that is right for our journey and soul evolution.

  • The frequencies and energy I work with are very intelligent and deliver a tailored experience that works with your energy fields in the perfect amount for you and your souls evolution. While the experience can vary from person to person the energy is working with you regardless of what you might feel in the moment. Some people report:

    •Feeling deeply relaxed.

    •A change in breathing patterns

    •Your body may feel heavy, sinking into your bed/chair or it may feel light with a floating sensation.

    •You may feel energy surging through your body and an alertness.

    •You may experience twitching or involuntary movement.

    •You may see colors, visions, or hear messages.

    •You may fall asleep and take a “reiki nap” with vivid dreams or messaging.

  • Distance Reiki and frequency channeling is a deep soul-level connection that does not need an in-person or technology exchange as it occurs in the quantum field in which we all exist in. I serve as a channel and conduit for the frequencies that I have received and been attuned to through a long lineage of healers and masters. At times I may also receive messages or sensations to share after the session that may resonate today or in the future for your soul's evolvement. Every session is different and tailored to exactly what you need.

    This energy is intelligent and we work in a protected container that always works for your highest good and highest healing. Some feel it intensely and some subtly but you will always receive what you are supposed to receive and what you are open to.

  • Experiences vary based on your personal evolution and the needs of you True Self to realize themself. You may feel a deeper connection with your body and an intuitive recognition of what it needs to function optimally and feel it’s best. You may have kismet and miraculous experiences that help you feel the wonder of our world and the beautiful interconnectedness that we share. You may begin processing or noticing emotions that you have held within and that need to be expressed for you to feel lighter and liberated from continuing to carry them.
